And it’s a fact of life that oxidative stress accelerates aging and the problems associated with aging. When we are in our early twenties, our bodies can handle this but not all of it so the left over builds up and that is what causes us to age. For years the health and supplement industries have been pushing antioxidants to keep us youn and vibrant. Unfortunately, 1 antioxidant takes care of 1 free radical. ow thats a lot of blue berries to consume. It has been reported that it would take 97 glasses of red wine to knock out the free radicals in our body each day. That would do more than knock out those free radicals, it would flat knock you out.

This process is in short, oxidative stress and the root cause of cancer and over 200 ilnessess. Our bodies can only take so much therefore we age. None of us like aging, but aging gracefully, would be nice wouldn’t it. Recent scientific research is out there to combat this issue and to find ways to give people a better quality of life.
