What’s Killing You?
Scientific research has validated oxidative stress as the root cause, at the cellular level, of degenerative processes in the body.
WHY SHOULD YOU CARE?
More than 40,000 articles have been published on oxidative stress. But don’t take my word for it. Research it yourself. Oxidative stress damages your cells at the level of your DNA! That’s a fact. And it’s a fact of life that oxidative stress accelerates aging and the problems associated with aging. Unfortunately, if you are experiencing any of the warning signs; Skin Problems,Poor Sleep, Inflammation, Aches, Degenerative Eyesight, Sexual Dysfunction, Wrinkles, Weakness, Pains, Muscle Soreness, Heartburn, Upset Stomach, Weight Gain, Prolonged Recovery, GI Issues, you are already a victim. You can’t ignore these signs. They are there for a reason. Symptoms are your body’s way of alerting you to damage and potentially greater problems. The time bomb is ticking. You need to difuse it now before it’s too late.
So what is oxidative stress? Essentially, its rusting from the inside out. Sounds awful doesn’t it? Oxidative stress is the result of our body’s diminishing ability to produce it’s own natural antioxidants to fight off free readicals. Every morning when we wake up we have approximately 3,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 free radicals raviging our being. When we are in our early twenties, our bodies can handle this but not all of it so the left over builds up and that is what causes us to age. For years the health and supplement industries have been pushing antioxidants to keep us youn and vibrant. Unfortunately, 1 antioxidant takes care of 1 free radical. ow thats a lot of blue berries to consume. It has been reported that it would take 97 glasses of red wine to knock out the free radicals in our body each day. That would do more than knock out those free radicals, it would flat knock you out.
This process is in short, oxidative stress and the root cause of cancer and over 200 ilnessess. Our bodies can only take so much therefore we age. None of us like aging, but aging gracefully, would be nice wouldn’t it. Recent scientific research is out there to combat this issue and to find ways to give people a better quality of life. Dr Joe Mcord is the leader in antiaging breakthroughs. I for one want to grow old gracefully and pain free so I keep up on what’s new in that aspect.
